Advertising Materials Submission Deadline:

All artwork, logos, advertisements, company profiles, promotional materials, and other branding content for inclusion in the official event brochure and event collateral must be submitted no later than 10 June 2026.

Final Sponsorship Payment Deadline:
Monday, 15 June 2026

All sponsorship commitments must be paid in full on or before 15 June 2026 to guarantee inclusion in event branding, media promotions, programme materials, publicity campaigns, and event-day recognition.

Sponsors whose payments remain outstanding after the deadline may forfeit some or all sponsorship benefits at the discretion of the organisers.

1. Sponsorship reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of a duly completed sponsorship form.
2. Full sponsorship payment must be received on or before 15 June 2026.
3. All advertising and branding materials must be submitted by 10 June 2026.
4. Sponsorship benefits are activated upon confirmation of payment.
5. Sponsors agree that all submitted materials comply with applicable laws and ethical standards.
6. The Nigerian Achievers Awards Institute -Global reserves the right to refuse any advertising material deemed inappropriate for the event.
7. Sponsorship benefits not utilized by the sponsor shall not be transferable for cash or credit.
8. The organizers reserve the right to amend event schedules or operational arrangements where necessary.
